The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and size of item. There is no flat rate.
All shipping cost starts as little as 3 Euro. For orders above 130 Euro shipping is free.
The Blackstone sport product shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination country and must be paid before shipment. If you are legal person please contact us before placing order. If you origin is outside EU than import VAT may apply.
RETURNS:

You didn't like the item or you got a wrong item? OK, then we will refund or exchange it for you. No rush, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please NOTE not all items can be returned or refund. Kindly carefully read our return policy to avoid any inconvenience.

If your item is eligible for return/refund, please contact us at info@icelat.com before sending your goods to us.
You can make use of any courier service you want. Buyer pays for return shipping unless you have received a wrong item due to internal malfunction. Make sure your item is in the original package delivered.
Be aware that it may take up to 30 days from sending the item and getting the actual refund.
You will be credited same way as you have purchased your item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll only receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged for the same item.
If you are shipping an item of over €60, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking number or better still pay a shipping insurance fee. We do not guarantee that your returned item will be delivered.
